A home inspection usually takes between 2 and 2-1/2 hours to complete depending on the size and condition of the home . I suggest that the home buyer accompany me during the inspection process.

When the inspection is complete, I will tell you what I found and answer any questions you have regarding these findings. I will provide a full inspection report within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
